My machine freezes intermittently after roughly 45 minutes of use, regardless of activity. It typically lasts about six seconds before returning to normal. The issue occurs whether I'm streaming or playing intense games. My connection is via Ethernet, and the network seems to drop unexpectedly, as if the cable isn't properly attached. Audio also freezes during these periods. After a reboot, the problem disappears and rarely returns unless the computer stays on. I haven’t been able to consistently recreate it, but it happens every morning around 45 minutes to an hour after powering up. For most of the past two months, the PC operated without problems until I upgraded to an RTX 4080 graphics card. Since then, the freezing started. My system specs are: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (22H2, build 19045.2364), ASRock X670E Steel Legend motherboard, AMD Ryzen 9 7950x in Eco mode, Noctua NH-D15S cooler, G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5-6000 CL30 2x16GB memory kit (64GB total), Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2TB SSD, MSI Suprim X RTX 4080 16GB (silent BIOS), and a Corsair HX1200 Platinum case. I've tried several fixes—BIOS updates, disabling AMD Expo, reseating RAM and GPU, and reinstalling drivers—but nothing consistently resolves the problem.

Consider running it in safe mode with network to determine if the problem is software-related or hardware-based. This should help identify whether it's an issue with Windows. lmk

I’ve completed thorough testing and found the issue is software-related, likely tied to Windows. Restarting immediately after turning on the computer or performing a hard reboot resolves it. Running the system in safe mode and then restarting also works. To fix it, disable fast startup.
