I rebooted my Windows 10 machine due to a notably sluggish hard drive, and during the process I inadvertently disconnected it while it was restarting. After powering it back up, it operated normally until it reached the Windows logo with the loading circle. It has remained on that screen for approximately four hours. Can you find a solution to resolve this issue?

I understand how to set up Windows. You can format drives during installation. (In the background) "I am such an idiot"

I hope you're not offended, but if I had acted differently, I would have reflected on myself and thought that.
