Hi, I recently set up my PC and installed Windows 11. I began adding some basic programs like Discord and Steam. I downloaded several games overnight and when I woke up, my computer was showing a black screen. After turning it off and on again, only the mouse cursor remained visible. I discovered that I could still log in with my password and the system would boot up. Once running, I noticed none of my apps were properly displayed—only the system manager appeared. I can open any app and interact with it, but not view them unless I hover over the icon. I tried various restart methods, but they always ended up the same. This issue hasn’t been reported elsewhere, and I’m unsure how to fix it.
