I’m considering various options now. After a complete reset of Windows 11, I’ve experienced repeated random disconnects when the system plays audio for devices. It seems to be related to my USB peripherals—initially only my Razer mouse, which stopped responding after a brief pause but resumed with Synapse 3.0. After reinstalling Synapse, both connection and disconnection sounds appeared. Removing Synapse helped temporarily, though it persisted. I switched to another mouse, but the problem remains (keyboard works fine). I attempted to delete USB drivers for my motherboard to re-install, but after each restart it would auto-reinstall those devices. The manufacturer’s site for my motherboard doesn’t list any available drivers. I’ve checked Event Viewer and used a third-party tool “USB Log View,” yet no results. A BIOS update (version 3603) was applied to address USB issues, but it didn’t resolve the problem, even after updating to version 4021. Occurrences happen unpredictably—sometimes minutes apart, other times longer. I’m willing to try more solutions since I’ve already explored all avenues. System details: CPU AMD Ryzen 9 3900x, 32GB RAM, Windows 11 Pro, GPU RTX 2080, Mouse Razer Basilisk V3, Keyboard Logitech G903, Mouse also works with keyboard.

Usually, AMD chipset drivers came with a USB included... otherwise... issues with Windows 11 early adopters?

That's what I considered when I watched Linus' video about Windows 11. I realized potential problems might arise early on. I thought I'd share possible solutions just in case. Of course, I'll also look into the actual USB headers on the motherboard later, just in case something seems off, but honestly, trying right now feels a bit crazy.

After more investigation and testing, I identified the problem and realized it was quite simple. It turns out the USB 2.0 headers on my motherboards don’t work well with the Corsair Commander Pro, which is unusual since I didn’t notice any issues in Windows 10. However, using the NZXT internal USB hub from my previous case resolved the problem. You can find a relevant discussion here: https://forum.corsair.com/forums/topic/1...sconnects/
