Hello, I truly hope someone here can help. I've tried numerous solutions and my understanding has reached its limit. I searched online for possible remedies but found nothing effective, which is why I'm posting this as a final attempt for assistance. Below, I'll outline the steps I've taken so far and list my current details. First, I'll give a brief timeline of events leading up to this point. This new PC was assembled last month; all components are brand new except for the CPU, RAM, and a few HDDs used for storage, plus one 2TB NVMe SSD. The system functioned properly until yesterday when it failed to boot from sleep mode. I hadn't used sleep before, and after a few hours at home, I pressed keyboard buttons—then the screen lit up but remained blank. I suspected a monitor or cable issue, which I'll explore further. I also installed a new NVMe 2TB M.2 SSD and a 16GB 3200MHz DDR memory RAM stick. Prior to this, Windows 10 ran smoothly with all components recognized, and I even overclocked the CPU without problems. Now, the main issue began. After trying to wake the PC from sleep, there was no display—no backlight, no mouse signal, nothing visible. Restart attempts didn’t help. I checked the monitor and HDMI cable, swapped cables, and even connected a different monitor via DVI. After resetting the BIOS by removing CMOS and shorting pins, the computer lit up briefly and prompted to press F1 for settings, which is the only display-related event so far. This strongly suggests a deeper problem beyond the monitor or cable. Once I entered BIOS via F2, I could update settings but still ended up with a blank screen after saving and exiting. I also tried overriding the boot process from the Windows menu. So far, my troubleshooting steps include: removing the new RAM stick, using only one stick, updating BIOS to version 2806, reverting to version 2083, resetting CMOS, disconnecting USB devices, unplugging HDDs, replacing the CMOS battery, and rebooting from the BIOS. I still have all parts brand new, so I’m skeptical about a power supply issue. It seems unlikely, though. I also read that RAM voltage might be a factor, but I’ve already tested with only one stick. My current specs are: CPU – Ryzen 5 1600, GPU – RTX 3060 Zotac, RAM – 32GB DDR4 (2x8GB @1.2V, 1x16GB @1.35V), storage – two HDDs and one M.2 NVMe SSD, OS – Windows 10 64-bit, BIOS – ASUS Prime B550-A. I’m hoping you can help me figure this out. If you have any ideas, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks a lot!
