I recently purchased a new PC and everything is functioning properly. However, I tried updating the GPU drivers via Device Manager today. After completing the update, the system slowed down significantly. It reported that the driver was installed successfully, so I restarted the computer to check if that would resolve the issue. After restarting, no applications opened, and I could only access the Windows Start button. The PC wouldn’t allow me to restart or shut down. I had to manually force a restart using the power button, but once it turned back on, the same problem continued. I’m unsure how to proceed or fix this situation.
