We experienced a power outage and my brand new PC, which had been assembled for a week, is now non-functional. The power supply works, fans are operational, but devices aren’t receiving energy. Monitor display and keyboard RGB are off, indicating a lack of power. Attempts made: removed extra cables, booted manually, cleared CMOS by removing the BIOS battery, updated BIOS via flashback, and used dual RAM slots. Still no resolution. I’ve searched for solutions but haven’t found a fix. Please help. Specs: RTX 4070 Ti, 32GB RAM, 6200 MHz AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, Asus Prime B650M-A, Wi-Fi II.
I regret to tell you you need to replace the RAM, GPU, and CPU to test if the motherboard functions. Check each one individually until you find the damaged part. I plan to purchase a new one to verify its performance. It seems the issue could be with the power supply itself. Hopefully, during my attempts to restart the PC, I won’t damage any other parts.
