MoBo: ROG Strix x570f CPU powered by Ryzen 5900x Cooler, NZXT Kraken x73 PSU, MSI MPG A850GF GPU, SuprimX RAM from HyperX at 3200 MHz. I swapped all fans for new Noctua models and also updated the case. After reassembly, the system wouldn’t boot. Lights stayed on VGA and boot light remained active until I powered off the machine. I’ve tested various fixes—removing RAM, changing order, using different GPUs, disabling peripherals, cleaning everything—and nothing resolved the issue. The problem persists at the same POST step despite all attempts. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Begin by clearing the CMOS. Then remove the Power and HDD LEDs along with the reset switch, keeping the power switch on, and observe the results.

I attempted to reset the system by removing the CMOS and updating the BIOS. Now I'm unsure about the exact steps and want more details. Also, I plan to disconnect the power supply and remove the power and HDD indicator lights before proceeding.
