Device fails to send data yet the graphics card indicator remains active.
Hey, I just installed a new motherboard and my PC isn’t working. Before the upgrade I was having issues too. I checked the power supply using a paper clip and the fan spun, so it seemed the old board was the problem. Now when I power on and press the start button the CPU fan stops and the graphics card light flashes roughly twice per second. I’ve verified all connections and cables. Is there anything else I should try? It looks like either the PSU or the motherboard might be faulty. Do you have any idea how to fix one before ordering a replacement?
