The computer isn’t recognizing any headphone setup. I understand they function properly on other devices, but when connected to an HDMI monitor, the audio only goes through that device.

You need to post a little bit more information to be able to troubleshoot this. More information is usally always better. Which headphones? How are they connected? To which port are they connected? If they're connected to the motherboard, which motherboard are you using?

I’m working with an AMD A320M-A pro board. My headphones are Unisun gaming models and plugged into the front panel port.

Faced a comparable issue with a Gigabyte's Z690 board and had to use a Realtek audio utility. Your board might have something comparable—consider trying the link provided: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/A320M-A-...rt#utility
