She has a good Samsung Chromebook, but connecting BT devices is tricky because it doesn’t detect them properly. The support says it should be simple. I’ve checked common steps like disabling BT, updating the software, etc., but my phone can see at least three nearby BT devices while Chrome can’t. I found the serial number, though it’s an older model, and couldn’t locate the exact BT version. I also searched for a specific BT model, but it didn’t work. Are there any hidden methods you should try?
