Device fails to recognize additional display unit.
I bought this used ASROCK Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB Challenger Pro OC from eBay. Before setting it up, I checked DDU and then updated the drivers. After installation, everything worked for a short time, but both monitors stopped receiving input and I had to restart the system. Now only one monitor is getting a signal. I tested all ports—3 DP and 1 HDMI—but only one DP is functioning. What could be causing this issue?
