It's been almost a year and a half since I purchased my PC. Here are the details: the case I have is not certain, but it matches the one listed on PCPartPicker. The model I was thinking of is from Segment, but the exact version isn't clear. It functioned properly until January when it wouldn't turn on for two hours after waking up. The next day it worked perfectly. I planned to visit the store where I bought it, but I didn't have time and the issue reappeared later. By June, it happened again twice in July at the beginning of August. When it worked, the screen displayed a message about needing to enter safe mode via F1. Clicking F1 took me to the BIOS menu, and exiting brought me back to Windows. It didn't work for a whole day, so I took it to the store. The technician tried the CPU on another machine, but it didn't work there either. He then tried a different CPU on my system, which functioned correctly. Eventually, he suggested I use hibernate instead of shutdown, but the PC still wouldn't start. Last night I tried turning it on, but it didn't work. I checked before sleep and wondered if it was still powered on. Today it seems to be working, so I'm planning to bring it in for repair tomorrow. The technician initially thought the CPU was the issue before it powered up, but after running Cinebench R15 for five sessions with games, videos, and no performance issues, I'm seeking advice on what might be causing the problem. I didn’t increase the CPU speed beyond its default. For memory, I activated the XMP profile at first, even though the PC wouldn’t power on normally. There’s a light on the motherboard and GPU, but I didn’t reset the CMOS because I wasn’t sure what to do.
