Hello! I've handled nearly all the troubleshooting steps. Reset RAM and CPU, tested without the CPU to check for shorts or issues, used just one stick of RAM. Disconnected everything except the power cables from the PSU, verified the connections, inspected the socket, and confirmed the PSU was functioning properly. I suspect the motherboard might be faulty, though it powers on but doesn't light up or show any indicators. The only sign it tried to draw power came from the CPU cooler, which flickered intermittently. I attempted a jump conversion without the cooler to rule out pressure damage. If you need visuals of the cooler's behavior, I can share those as a last option. I built this recently and have parts listed: i7 12700K CPU, Gigabyte Aorus Z690 Elite AX (DDR5 MOBO), Trident Z DDR5-6000 16Gb/4, CL36 EVGA 1000W PSU, no GPU. I'm about 56% confident the board is dead. No further steps are clear, and I've checked forums for similar issues, but few have reported exactly what I'm facing.
