You're experiencing a situation where the peripherals shut down but the computer remains powered on, with lights and fans active. The issue might involve a power management setting or a hardware fault. Since plugging it in didn't resolve the problem, you may want to check the power supply, test with a different outlet, or consult manufacturer support for further troubleshooting.

Check the side panel and verify the front IO connectors are secure.

Uncertain about the process because it was prebuilt with plastic covering the connection. I just unplugged and plugged it back in, and it turned on automatically. Fans were spinning but no display appeared, and peripherals didn’t light up. I changed my Linux SSD for an old Windows one, which worked fine but prevented login. After swapping back to the Linux drive, the PC would turn on and off twice before functioning properly.
