Device fails to power on.
I discovered an old computer near my home, tried plugging it in with power and a screen, turned it on—CPU fan started and the display showed it was connected. The BIOS isn’t showing up, and no OS appears to be running. There seems to be an operating system installed but nothing happens. What should I do to figure out why the BIOS isn’t appearing?
