Hey, I'm addressing an issue whenever I power on my PC. It starts up but then restarts before fully booting. In the video you shared, I've also replaced the RAM and GPU, yet nothing changed. The file name is video_20231120_175419.mp4.

The model of the computer and brand. What kind of processor and GPU it has. What is your boot drive. Since this is an older computer and a Dell ? You may not be able to switch with generic components.

Another potential issue could be the hard drive failing. It’s simple to pay attention and confirm the disks are rotating properly. You might also try adjusting the computer’s orientation—either keeping it upright or shifting it sideways if it was previously upright. This can sometimes fix mechanical problems with the HDD or loose cables. Besides, finding replacement parts for a Xeon system that’s been out for about a decade may be difficult.
