Hi, I’m dealing with an MSI Pulse 17 B13VGK that won’t charge. Even with the OEM battery, it doesn’t start, mainly because it’s at 0%. I tried removing the internal battery to get the laptop running, and then replaced it with a new one, but the issue persists. I checked my multimeter to confirm the power adapter (20V, 12A) is working fine. I’m wondering if swapping the DC jack port could resolve the problem.

The DC jack seems to work even without a battery, suggesting an issue with the battery switching component.

It seems the charging system might not be adjustable... probably everything needs to be handled by the manufacturer.
