I recently chose to build a new gaming PC, yet each time I attempt to set up Windows 10, I encounter various motherboard error messages and my monitor fails to recognize the video output from the graphics card. Current Computer Specifications: Intel Core i5-13600KF 13th Gen Gigabyte Z690 Aorus Ultra LGA 1700, Intel Corsair Vengeance 32GB (2x16) DDR5, ASUS TUF Gaming NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti OC Edition, Kingston KC3000 M.2 2280 512GB PCIe 4.0x4 Corsair RMx Series (RM850x), 850W ATX12V / 80 Plus Gold DeepCool LT720 Liquid CPU Cooler, 360mm 2 x Kingston A400 480GB SATA 3 2.5" SSD (from previous machine), and 2 x WD Blue 3D NAND 1TB SATA 3 2.5" SSD (from previous machine). I have fully disassembled the system multiple times, ensuring everything is firmly seated. Initially, when powering on, the BIOS menu immediately recognized my CPU, memory modules, and GPU as a PCIe device. It also confirmed all four SSDs were detected, including the M.2 slot. However, during boot selection, only the four SSDs appeared, none of which corresponded to the operating system drive from my old drives. After disconnecting the SSDs and rebooting, the system still failed to boot. I then attempted installation via a USB UEFI download from Microsoft, but received an A0 error code despite using all display options and the DisplayPort port. When using a portable optical drive with two USB ports, the computer went directly to BIOS, showing the optical drive in the boot menu as a UEFI device. Saving and exiting BIOS repeatedly led back to the same menu. I reset the CMOS, which caused the motherboard to reinstall the CMOS settings before returning to BIOS. I checked for BIOS updates and found my board was running version F20, needing an upgrade to F22. I installed the newer BIOS on a different USB drive, but it still triggered error code A0 with no display. At this stage, I decided to try installing Windows 10 on one of the SSDs, which worked when connected via a USB device. Eventually, I gave up and considered sending the machine to a repair shop. Thank you in advance for any advice or suggestions you might have. This was a lengthy process, but I wanted to share all the troubleshooting steps I've taken so far.
