Hi, I own a Dell 7390 2 in 1. My laptop shuts down unexpectedly after a set time without power. It won’t turn on at all sometimes, and when I try to use it, the screen turns off. The keyboard stays lit, but the touchpad doesn’t work—keyboard lights flash but there’s no display. The only solution is to forcefully shut it down and restart. This happens randomly, and I’m not sure what’s causing it.
