Hello, I'm using a Vaio SX12 with Windows 11 on a 64-bit system. I've noticed some issues lately—when I unplugged the charger while the laptop was running, it would power down. A family member tried adjusting the hibernate settings from 180 minutes to zero in Advanced Power Options, but the problem persisted. Now my laptop crashes or turns off as soon as I reach the home screen. If I try to restart it right away, it freezes at the login screen and the time before it crashes gets shorter. Could anyone assist me with this?
