I just got a new PC and was really excited to use it. Now I'm feeling frustrated because there are so many issues. When I try to boot with the TV plugged in, it doesn't connect to either my TV or monitor. If I only use the monitor and then plug in the TV afterward, it works fine. It's annoying because if I forget to unplug the TV before booting, I have to force shut down my PC. Useful info: the TV is a budget 4K model with Windows 11, all updates and drivers are installed. Please help me.
Does it start up when you leave it on, or is the BIOS not responding?
It powers up completely to the desktop. No matter how you rearrange cables or switch monitors, the computer still tries to send any image to either screen. The only fix I’ve discovered is restarting it with the TV unplugged and then reconnecting it once it’s back online.

PC components cover everything. Where do you connect your TV? HDMI or DP? What port does a regular monitor use?
Grounded indicates a device won't retain any extra power, static electricity, etc., since it can dissipate into the earth. This is noticeable in electrical outlets and cables through three pins, three slots, or a combination of both—essentially three connections.
