I received this new laptop at the end of March. I purchased it when it was on display, and stayed with it for a while since they were trying to get rid of it. It features an Intel Core i7-10700F processor, 16 GB DDR4 RAM, and a GeForce RTX 2060 graphics card. Since then, every day I notice a USB being unplugged, but the RGB lights inside keep flickering. I installed a tool to report recently disconnected USB devices, but it didn<|pad|>, nothing appeared. I opened the Event Viewer and went to the Summary tab. It shows daily entries stating exactly what happened from start to finish, with no time lost. For example: "Created Desktop AppX container 6798b281-bd91-11eb-a266-bc17b8499d22 for package Microsoft.MicrosoftOfficeHub_18.2104.12721.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe, Added process 17508 to Desktop AppX container 6798b281-bd91-11eb-a266-bc17b8499d22 for package Microsoft.MicrosoftOfficeHub_18.2104.12721.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe, Created process 17508 for application Microsoft.MicrosoftOfficeHub_8wekyb3d8bbwe!Microsoft.MicrosoftOfficeHub in package Microsoft.MicrosoftOfficeHub_18.2104.12721.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe." It keeps listing the same details, always pointing to AppModel-Runtime. This happens whenever the sound occurs. I’ve verified all my USB connections are secure, no loose cables inside the machine. Any assistance would be appreciated.
