Someone, could you help me? My PC's USB ports keep switching on and off. Eventually, Windows stops detecting the devices. This also affects my secondary display. Both screens are connected to the graphics card, while the main one works fine. To fix it, I tried using a PS2 keyboard and mouse, ran troubleshooting steps, scanned for viruses and malware, reinstalled drivers, checked for errors, updated BIOS, swapped out the power supply, built the PC outside the case, removed the SSD and used a boot drive for testing. After all these attempts, I returned the motherboard for further inspection. The supplier confirmed it functions properly. My system specs are: AMD Ryzen 5 5500, 4.2GHz CPU, Corsair LPX Vengeance 32GB DDR4, 3600Mhz, SSD Samsung 980, M.2, GPU MSI Ventus RTX 2060, PSU Huntkey APFC 700 (600W), Windows 11.
