Initially sorry for my English, I wasn't able to close the cover since it was stuck by the power cable of the video card. I attempted to close it yesterday, and after that, I opened the computer normally and began playing Far Cry 6 while monitoring the temperature readings. About 30 to 35 minutes into the game, the audio became unresponsive and the screen displayed a blue error message stating "Your PC/Device needs to be repaired." The error code was 0xc000000e. I immediately powered off the computer, removed the cover, and checked the cable tension. After reinserting it, I started the game again; after 25 to 30 minutes, the computer froze and again showed a blue screen with the same error. This time, the issue was related to winload.efi. I tried connecting a USB drive with the format, but when attempting to boot from it, a purple format window appeared and the system wouldn't start. When I tried to turn it on again after the problem, it worked, but later the same sequence occurred, causing another blue screen. When I shut down without freezing, the computer booted from USB, but after the blue screen appeared, it wouldn't start. What should I do? I've tested the RAM, checked the HDD and SSD health, run the video card through Furymark testing, and everything seemed fine. I've also added Minidump reports. My specifications are: CPU - i3-12100F, 4.3GHz GPU - Sapphire Pulse RX 6600, RAM - 2x8GB DDR4, motherboard - MSI Pro H610M, power supply - Corsair VS 550, hard drive - WD 1TB SSD, storage - Gigabyte 128Gb SATA, case - Cooler Master CMP350.
