To clarify the scenario, I was saving Forza Horizon 4 to an external drive from MStore while chatting with a friend on Discord. I noticed the Microsoft Store was experiencing slow download speeds (around 300Mb/s), resulting in downloads ranging from 5mb/s to 30mb/s. The first freeze happened, causing the screen and audio to stop, including the mouse lighting. A blue screen appeared initially, then I restarted quickly, and everything functioned again. Later, the screen froze once more, but audio continued playing (Spotify music and my friend's voice). Suddenly, a wild blue screen appeared (first image shown). After trying to restart, it only booted into the blue screen with error code 0xc00000e, warning that the system32\winload.exe file might be damaged. I plugged in a USB drive with the original system and used the command prompt to run repair commands, but bootrec /fixboot denied access. I tried booting from the old HDD to investigate further. The Partition Wizard showed the SSD was empty. My question is: what went wrong, and can my data be recovered? Sorry for any unclear English, it’s not my first language.
It seems your SSD has failed entirely. The internal controller likely stopped working. Fixing it yourself won’t work, and getting your data back would need a costly professional service.

This product has been a real letdown. I no longer suggest it. It failed initially without any chance to fix it, then the firmware stopped working (I can recover some data, but nothing new gets saved after restarting – odd, isn’t it?), and now it’s still functional but running much slower than before. My friend should consider replacing it.
Absolutely, everything is in ruins—partition creation fails immediately after setup, which is why I’m relieved I still have the warranty.
