My Spotify volume decreases without any input. I've attempted to restart the system, remove the mouse and keyboard, and even tried uninstalling Spotify, but scrolling still occurs in some windows. I struggle to keep my window steady enough to complete the uninstallation. During reboot, a notification appeared about network drives not working—this is unfamiliar. I haven't encountered this before. If I can't resolve it, I might consider reformatting everything, which is inconvenient. Thanks for your assistance!
