Can you remove those two particular drivers? Consider using the USB 2.0 ports on the motherboard instead.

Thank you for your assistance today. The problem was resolved by switching everything to USB 2.0 except the microphone. I connected the microphone to a USB 3.2 Gen 2 and it functioned properly.

It's odd, isn't it? Some components in PCs require hands-on learning. But keep in mind these problems can also stem from an insufficient 5V power supply from the PSU. Knowing this helps a lot.

Thanks for the advice. I have a 1000w EVGA supernova G2 and thought it would be strong enough, but I might need to upgrade later. Also, I'm relocating soon so the cord issue won't be a big problem.

This power supply is more than sufficient. It could be faulty or losing performance, though. Would you like me to process a return or switch to another PSU? If the issue recurs, please verify your power supply unit.
