Device connection failed. Ehternet controller not found.
My motherboard's Ethernet port stopped working and isn't recognized by the OS even when in safe mode. This happened after I removed my GPU to clean it up. I've tried several fixes: restarting in safe mode, turning off PCX in BIOS, resetting BIOS settings, checking device manager for a hidden device with error 45 indicating it's disconnected, seeing it in the Metro UI as not present, and observing old activity lights that no longer flash after a safe mode restart. I'm using Windows 10 version 21H1 Build 19043.1766 BIOS (F51f). The specs are available here: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/qZg3H2. I also have an older ASmedia server HBA, and I'm seeking help since I'm unsure if it's hardware failure or something else.
