I'm experiencing a problem where my Lenovo Thinkpad T420 shows it's connected but isn't charging when I press the battery icon on the bottom right. I have about 77% battery remaining, yet it won't charge. Could you help me resolve this issue? Thank you for your assistance.

In the Lenovo utilities, there’s a battery setting that lets you charge only when the battery drops below a specific threshold, usually around 50%.

Lenovo has removed their Settings app, which they had turned off, and now you need to use their updated software called "Lenovo Vantage." I downloaded it from the Windows Store and noticed the battery settings are set to charge only when below 75% and stop at 80% to extend its life. Your feedback helped resolve the problem in your original message. Thank you!
