The problem continues even after multiple restarts and isn't in safe mode. I searched online but found no solution. The service is manually enabled in the services.msc window, and closing or restarting it triggers error 1053. No one has any idea why this happens or how to fix it. At least I’ve connected a backup drive so I can reinstall Windows.
