You're using ASRock Polychrome on your B450M Steel Legend motherboard, but the system isn't functioning properly. The app shows everything as grey, though the fans are working. Connecting it to Razer Synapse causes the lights to turn off, and it fails to recognize your Thermaltake ARGB fans.

This will resolve your issue, a fresh install followed by command-line assistance... polychrome is extremely poor at lasting on a PC for more than five months.

Now my items aren't grayed out, but I can only adjust the animation and speed, not the color. The unicorn barf keeps playing when I pick a different color. It also recognizes my fans, but they're still acting independently.
