It occurs while playing any video game. The keyboard malfunctions, causing the RGB to freeze temporarily. When using WASD to navigate in-game, I must release my fingers from all keys to let it thaw. Need assistance?

You're using the WASD keys for navigation because the game lacks mouse support. It would be simpler to switch to a game that allows a mouse.

You're asking for clarification about your actions. You mentioned using Wasd for movement and the mouse for exploration, dated May 6, 2024, with a note from nugget1414.

Have you attempted to reinstall the keyboard drivers? Alternatively, consider using the keyboard without any Razer software such as Synapse or Chroma.

You might want to remove Synapse if you prefer keeping your RGB settings. Also, the keyboard drivers you downloaded from the Razer site are separate from Synapse.

You might want to test the keyboard on another device that doesn’t have these drivers or programs installed. Run the same games and check if the problem persists. If not, try turning off all Razer software on your PC and see if it resolves the issue.
