Hello, I searched for a solution but didn’t find anything. The issue seems to be that after purchasing a new computer (a Dell OptiPlex 7010), it isn’t showing anything when connected to your monitor (an LG23ul500-W). It just displays a black screen. When you connect it to another monitor, it works properly. You’ve noticed this with the old monitor as well. You’re trying to use the LG32ul500-W because the current one isn’t working. I’m not very familiar with tech, so I hope someone can assist you.
