I have a Ryzen 5 3600 with a Radeon rx570 from Dell. It comes with 4GB of OEM RAM and 8GB of dual-channel DDR4 memory. The graphics card is an Asus ROG Strix B550 F Gaming with 2×8GB, using 11.5kW of power. The system includes a Samsung M.2 1TB SSD. The case is designed for maximum performance. I attempted to clear the CMOS battery, reinstall the CPU, and replaced the RAM, but the issue persisted.
