In fact, even with an RTX4090, it's better to stick with 1440p. Not 4K. As games become more demanding over time, playing at 1440p increases the likelihood of achieving the highest settings while maintaining smooth performance. The RTX4090 isn't yet capable of 4K resolution.
I suggest waiting if feasible. However, opting for pre-built options tends to be very costly or of lower quality. Neither choice offers a favorable balance. For instance, even with an RTX4090 priced at $2k, you can assemble the system more affordably than what a high-quality pre-built model provides.

That is actually the right price for that. Because that is ASUS ROG Strix GPU and the rest of the build is also priced right. I can most definitely cut the cost if you are not into RGB though.

It is $150 difference just for the Bling. So yeah you can decide.
But yes that is almost at MSRP nothing more. I mean yes you could have gone with ASUS TUF or Gigabyte Gaming OC GPU for $200 less. But that is it. That GPU is actually at its regular price.
