You're weighing two RAM options for your 9800X3D. The Essencore Klevv CRAS V RGB kit offers CL30-36-36-76 while the G.Skill Ripjaws M5 Neo RGB kit provides CL26-36-36-96. Lower CL speeds are generally preferred, but the extra speed in the Klevv kit might still matter depending on your needs. The price difference is about 25 USD for a 2x32GB configuration in your area, so it's a good balance between cost and performance.

I didn't locate any package fitting those specifications. The nearest option was cl28 Anywho. For an AM5, you'd need a 6000mhz setup for optimal performance and reliability. The Klevv kit is perfect in that regard. G.skill kits are highly reliable and typically don’t have problems, so tuning them to 6000mhz should work. If you're looking to save, go with the Klevv kit. For extra security, choose the G.skill kit but ensure proper tuning.

Both sets will function well and deliver similar results. Choose the more affordable option.

For top value with improved tRAS, the Klevv CRAS V RGB stands out. If you need minimal delay and are okay with extra expense, the G.Skill Ripjaws M5 Neo RGB is ideal. Keep in mind, the latency difference won’t be noticeable, and there won’t be a significant frame rate variation between them.

Thanks for the details! I think the more affordable Klevv kit is the best choice.
