Display a screenshot of MSI Afterburner Graph Monitor while you play your game. Then we can pinpoint the exact bottleneck. If it's stuttering, the issue is likely on your CPU—it's quite outdated and slow. To check: Lower the resolution to the minimum possible (480x640 or even 320p if available) and run in LOW mode. If the stutter persists, your CPU is the problem.

I've checked the minimum settings and the frame rate remains around 43fps, but it keeps falling into the upper teens and low twenties.
