Hey, thinking about getting an i5-6600k and boosting it to about 4ghz without changing core voltage? It's unclear if the H7 will handle it well, or if opting for the H5 Ultimate would be better since it's £10 more.

The H7 should be sufficient. If you choose an H5, keep in mind there are two options: the H5 Ultimate and the H5 Universal. Both share the same heatsink, but the fans differ. The Universal features a slimmer design that is more compatible with RAM slots, preventing any overlap. The Ultimate model, on the other hand, will extend beyond the slots due to its larger external fan.

Yes both of them are great. No reason to spend more.

Because you're pushing the limits, investing a bit more could pay off. Both options perform well, and the H7 should handle it just fine.
