Windows 11 installation requirements are straightforward; it only requires the PC to support Secure Boot, without enforcing it. Valorant presents a unique situation. Credit goes to COLGeek for the guidance on the necessary steps. To activate Secure Boot on AMD-based Gigabyte mobos, ensure fTPM is enabled and disable CSM. Within Secure Boot settings, choose Custom mode, select Restore Factory Keys, confirm YES to reset without saving, then restart without saving. After BIOS restart, adjust Secure Boot Mode back to Standard and enable Yes for a successful restart. Verify the Secure Boot state using msinfo; otherwise, the system may fail to boot. Note that converted drive to GPT is essential before enabling Secure Boot, or you'll encounter a black screen at startup. Master Boot Record drives are incompatible with Secure Boot and will not boot under this configuration.

For installing Windows 11, the system only requires a secure boot capability, not necessarily that it's active.
