The virus removal process left Windows in an activated state with a digital license. This happens because the installation completed without fully removing the activation, leaving it enabled by default.

The license is linked to your Microsoft account and device. You might need to reactivate after major hardware updates, though it should remain valid after a reinstall.

There might be a testing phase before the watermarking begins. I’m not sure if it’s still active. You should purchase a license if you don’t already have one.
