I own an LG computer screen but it lacks speakers, a camera, or a microphone. I'm searching for a suitable add-on recommendation, specifically for my home office setup.

As for your speaker and mic, don't you think picking up a headset would be a minimal option? Camera wise, what sort of features do you need for said camera to have?
I am in the US seeking a plug camera that can be placed on top of my monitor, equipped with a microphone and speakers. The speakers don’t require high-end surround sound, only suitable for video calls. Any recommendations for a PC desktop paired with an LG monitor?
