Unfortunately, the BeQuiet Silent Base 802 wouldn't fit in my desk because its height is 553 mm while my desk space is only 460 mm, and it's much wider and deeper. Thanks for the suggestion—it seems to suit my requirements. Regarding your Noctua setup with smaller fans and a 140 mm one, it produces relatively little noise even at its maximum speeds of 1200 or 1500 RPM.

I operate my three Noctua fans between 500 and 800; never at the higher end.
Run them as slowly as possible while staying within your temperature limits.
They can drop down to 200 to 300 without stopping.
If they reach 1500, you might hear them from four feet away, though it's hard to judge if it would be too loud.

Noctua provides a selection of coolers that fit different processors. For the 14900k, refer to this list: https://ncc.noctua.at/cpus/model/INTEL-C...4900K-1762.
For the 9800X3d, see this link: https://ncc.noctua.at/cpus/model/AMD-Ryz...00X3D-1842.
A NH-D15 cooler is recommended for either model.
If minimizing noise is important, consider the G2 variant.
Here’s a review you can check: https://www.techpowerup.com/review/noctu...ler/9.html
The maximum fan speed on these coolers is around 1500 rpm, which is relatively quiet but not completely silent. Adding multiple fans would increase noise levels.
Using three 140mm intake fans can ensure the case stays well-ventilated.
Three 140mm fans operate more quietly while moving air effectively.

For that height you might opt for a Fractal Design Define 7 Mini, which measures only 406mm in height. The key is to avoid any cases with glass.
