I'm curious about these low-quality GTA V textures. I recently upgraded from a GTX 950 with 2gb of video memory to a 1060 with 3gb, and I previously experienced high frame rates in GTA V. However, now I'm encountering texture loading issues. It’s difficult to explain exactly what it looks like, but the visuals appear noticeably poor and I'll include a picture as evidence. Any guidance would be greatly valued!
Edit: It seems to occur approximately every 5 seconds when I shift my mouse to different camera angles.

Before removing the GTX950, did you delete your graphics card drivers? After installing the GTX1060, did you install the newest drivers from Nvidia's website?

I recently decommissioned my 950 and acquired a 1060 yesterday. I’ve also installed the latest drivers, though I didn't conduct a fresh installation; instead, I removed GeForce Experience and related software. However, I’m unsure of the best course of action now. Should I proceed with a clean installation? This particular card is manufactured by Manli.

It appears this solution wasn't effective. I’m still encountering these frustrating issues.
