It's confusing how things work now. CPUs seem to adjust themselves too quickly, making base speeds irrelevant. Even though my 4070 Ti and 4090 look similar, their advertised top speeds vary a lot. RAM and motherboard play a much bigger role than the GPU itself, which makes sense since the same GPU usually performs the same across different boards.
