Hi, I used a Seasonic B12 BC-550w PSU for a year and a half. Recently, when trying to power on the PC, smoke came out of the PSU. Now I have switched to an old Delta PSU.

Will it be sufficient for this setup?
i5 2400, 8gb RAM, Rx 550 2gb

If you're looking for a fresh 450W PSU, consider buying a brand-new unit to ensure your PC lasts longer.
I used a Seasonic B12 BC-550w PSU for over a year and a half.
Why aren't you opening a warranty claim? A PSU should come with at least a 3-year warranty.
The box says it offers a 5-year warranty.
