Hey there, I’m dealing with a pretty annoying problem with my Dell Precision 3260 Compact. I bought it used from China on Taobao through CSSBuy. The main issue: after assembling it and putting it together, the screen flickered 2–3 times during initial tests. Everything looked normal at first—confirmed it was working. But then the display went dark. It showed no video output, even though WiFi, CPU, RAM, SSD, and the system booted into Windows correctly. I tried everything: different HDMI cables, monitors, inputs, even a BIOS recovery method. Replaced the battery, stripped components, used both normal and BIOS boot options, but nothing worked. The SSD still shows background activity, so it’s likely stuck in a low-power state. The seller said it works fine, but I’m not sure if they’re aware of what’s happening. What should I do next? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
