I arrived home and started my PC in support assist, which reported an issue with the fan not working properly and not responding. It appears to be functioning normally when the RPM display reaches its maximum across all fans until I power off the system. After that, it crashes during boot and test completion without showing any results. The problem seems linked to pressing Esc to exit the test, which then shuts down the computer. I’ve also pressed F2 and F12 repeatedly and am now trying Ctrl + Esc to recover or enter BIOS. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Take a look inside and verify that every fan is operating correctly. There could be a CPU fan malfunction causing the system to fail to boot.

Everyone is functioning properly. If the test doesn't pass, they all speed up to their maximum RPM until the system stops automatically

While the fans rotate the caps lock and num lock, the third indicator flashes in various sequences.
