I'm using a Dell Inspiron 3647 with a 2YRK5 motherboard, an i3 4160 processor with 54W TDP. I plan to upgrade to an i5 4440 which has 85W TDP. Can I do that without issues? Also, my PSU is only 220W, and I need to upgrade it. Please let me know.
