I realized the AMD name doesn’t trigger the computer scan, so I looked into it. For example, I found files like C:\Windows\winsxs\Manifests...amd64_microsoft-windows-l... and C:\Windows\winsxs.....amd64_microsoft.vc80.atl_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_8.0.50727.762_none_ca3f79d486b08636. I wondered if I could just remove them or if they’re crucial.

Amd64 refers to the computer architecture, unrelated to your previous graphics card.
